Blessing of the Backpacks
Interfaith Community-Wide Back to School Worship Service
Sunderland, Maryland – All Saints Episcopal Church will conduct a special interfaith worship service on Sunday, September 1, 2019 at 10:30 A.M.
This is a service to celebrate the beginning of a new school year with special prayers for a fun, safe, and meaningful year of learning for all of Calvert County students. All teachers, school staff, students, administrators and families are invited to attend this special service.
Students are encouraged to bring their school backpacks to receive a blessing. Light refreshments will be served in the Parish Hall after the service. Please plan to attend this important community event to support our school community.
