Participants will receive immediate confirmation of completed registration.
Registrants will receive, by email, a copy of the forum program. The program is like any printed one, it will give the panelist bios, the agenda, a historic timeline of minority health in Southern Maryland, statistics for each county regarding health issues and Covid-19 and suggested resources to read before the event. All the Big Conversation Partners are listed with their logos.

        2:00 – 3:00 – The Panel – national and local experts in health care
        3:00 – 4:00 – Small Group Break-out Sessions with trained facilitators
        4:00 -5:00 – Facilitators’ Round -Table sharing important insights from the groups
